🍹 INC 82 Brewing (Dublin) – Named after the year Dublin was incorporated (1982, if you didn’t catch that), this microbrewery serves up solid IPAs, fruited beers, and cocktails—plus some pretty delicious bites 🍽️.

🍻 Altamont Beer Works (Livermore) – Fun fact: Livermore’s first brewery since Prohibition. They do hop-forward ales right, with 30 rotating taps in a super chill taproom.
