Celebrate its greatness at the 3rd Annual CabFranc-A-Palooza, June 8th, at Livermore’s Purple Orchid Wine Country Resort & Spa!

What started as a late-night brainstorm between four friends in the summer of 2022 - frustrated that most wine festivals overlooked Cabernet Franc - has grown into a thriving annual event. This festival now showcases top Cab Franc producers from France, Napa, Sonoma, Paso Robles, Santa Barbara, Oregon, Washington, Finger Lakes NY, Texas, Michigan, Virginia, and more!

Steven Kent Mirassou, festival co-founder and owner/winemaker of Steven Kent Winery, calls Cabernet Franc “the sexiest grape in the world,” known for its versatility and food-friendly nature. With over 25 years of winemaking experience, and one of the pioneers of Livermore Valley Cabernet Franc, Steven says “we’re expecting nearly 50 wineries, 85 wines, ,and 500+ guests at the 2025 festival.”
